The Greek Neighbourhood (or the Greek Quarter) is the oldest part of modern Varna. It is located near the Sea Garden and the beaches of Varna, near the Festival Comple and Knyaz Boris the First Boulevard. The remain s of many Greek and Roman buildings form the Antiquity have been found, most famous of which are the Roman Terms. They are the largest antique building ever to be discovered in Bulgaria. The first diplomatic delegations in Bulgaria were locatde there. The Greek Neighbourhood is known to be one of the most aristocratic quarters in Varna.

Varna is Bulgaria's Sea Capital.
