Location
Base Camp holiday complex is located in the biggest and oldest mountain Bulgarian ski resorts- Borovets. The resort is situated on the northern slopes of the Rila Mountain at an altitude of 1300 meters. The resort enjoys a perfect location right at the foot of Mount Musala /2925 m/, the highest peak on the Balkans. Only 11 km away from the town of Samokov, 75 km away from Sofia and just 126 km away from Plovdiv, Borovets is easily accessible from all parts of Bulgaria. The Borovets ski resort is the very first Bulgarian international mountain resort.
It is a national climatic mountain resort as well. Borovets was called Chamkoria since 1942. Recently there are various ski sports grounds and adjustments, ski runways, ski jumping-hills, ski lifts, ski school, camping sites. The resort is a centre winter sport games and competitions of national and international scale. There are the former royal palaces called Bistritsa, Sitniakovo and Saragiol. Many hotels and villas will provide various possibilities to entertain- you may choose from swimming pools, sauna, billiard, bowling etc. all round-the-clock.
With starting the project performance of SUPER BOROVETS, Base camp holiday complex will outstand with unique location in proximity to all new ski facilities and ski runways and meantime in a quiet and tranquil place in the resort.
Project
Base Camp holiday complex is located in the highest part of the Borovets ski resort at 1430 m above sea- level, simultaneously at 400 m from the ski runways and four-seats lift- Yastrebets 1 and Yastrebets 2. The complex will unfold on 4823 sq.m. and will be built up a plot with 1900 sq.m. building area. The contemporary architecture corresponds to a modern performence of construction and great quality conrtol. It is in typically mountain style. The complex comprises restaurant, lobby bar, sauna, fitness centre, ski lockers, inner swimming pool and shops.
Studios and 1BR /2BRs apartments are for sale.
The construction started on 03.2008 and the completion date is in November 2009.

- 10 % - first installment upon signing a Preliminary contract .
- 40 % - second installment within a month of signing the Preliminary contract
