Project

Residential complex " Velingrad city " consists of four residential floors with eleven apartments and a sweet shop on the ground level.

Location

Construction

The building is with monolithic construction with bearing reinforced concrete walls. The internal walls are made of 12 cm tick brick masonry. The roof and the facade are covered with all neccessary insulation and coating.

The railings on the terraces and staircases are made of triplex glass. The revetment up to second slab ( elevation + 2.30 m) and the architectural element up to the cornice ( elevation + 10.00 ) are made with granite tiles. The floor in  staircases  are also finished with granite tiles. Video surveilance on the entrance  door, which is made of made of aluminum ( wood imitation ). External joinery - PVC wth KA glass ( higher insulation efficiency). All internal walls, terraces and bow-windows are with all necessary thermo insulation.

About the area

Velingrad is situated in the region of Pazardjik district - in the North - west part of Rhodopa Mountain.
