First installment - 30 % of the asking price when signing of the Preliminary contract
Second installment - 30 % of the asking price when the second concrete floor is completed
Third installment - 30 % of the asking price when the roof of the building is reached or when Act 14 is issued
Fourth installment - 10 % of the asking price  when Act 15 is received

Plan 2 - 2 % discount

First installment - 60 % of the asking price when signing of the Preliminary contract

Second installment - 30 % of the asking price when the roof of the building is reached or when Act 14 is issued
