Facades: White and black polymeric plaster. The first floor is with figured stone lining. PVC joinery. The railings are metal, partially glass.
Roof: The roof is with roof-tiles, with a thermo-insulation the same thickness as the roof construction. In the horizontal parts of the ceiling slab, the roof construction is slanted.
Walls: The walls are built of red brick work.
